Jack Devine, President and co-founder of The Arkin Group, delivered a keynote speech at the 6th International Conference of the Paris Forum. The two-day summit, which included key EU policy makers, as well as a journalists, academics, and area experts from around the world, was held at the Palais Brongniart, in Paris, France, under the high patronage of Nicolas Sarkozy, President of France.
