Planning for Emergencies Security & Preparedness

A multinational financial institution was concerned about its vulnerability to terrorist events in several of its global offices.

We began with a risk assessment and an analysis of the buildings’ vulnerability to a range of terrorist and toxic events. Drawing on institutional culture and plans already in place, we developed a set of common response pathways to a variety of possible terrorist and non-terrorist emergency events. We also assisted the company in identifying appropriate equipment such as emergency kits.

Finally, we liaised with contacts in the relevant emergency response communities to ensure that the plans were in synch with official terrorist response plans.
